Take for instance, if you have knowledge about creating apps, you can solve the problem for those who needs an app for the website. You can also sell ebooks, now you don't necessarily have to write an eBook in other to sell, but you can purchase an eBook with third party license, resell the eBook and make money. The list of what to sell does not end there, just be creative.
